In order to qualify for this scholarship, you must be a High School Graduate for the year 2026 and not be a recipient of a full or partial scholarship from any educational institution. You also must live in the surrounding area. This includes the city of Katy, Fulshear, Brookshire, or Richmond TX. Another qualification is to submit your college acceptance letter a proof of attendance.
It is a requirement that recipients of the Frank Legacy Scholarship be available to receive their grant in person, on May 24th, between the hours of 11AM and 1PM or attend Sunday Service at 10AM. If a recipient claims to be available in their application but upon being notified of their award, is no longer available, without prior notice to our office of extenuating circumstances, that recipient will be disqualified and the grant will be awarded to the next qualified individual.
